Let the Lender Pay Your Mortgage Insurance

When a borrower has less than 20% for the down payment, lenders will require the borrower to pay a monthly mortgage insurance premium. This required insurance premium protects the lender in the event that the borrower defaults on the loan. We have a unique program where the lender will actually pay this premium on the borrower’s behalf. This can result in a significantly lower monthly payment.
